One-on-one consultation with Ball State University Nutrition students
1. Detailed review of past diet history and current nutrition status
2. Support in developing goals for healthy eating habits with nutrition education specific to goals (EX. weight-loss, diabetes, hydration, etc.)
3. Provide ongoing support of healthy eating goals with continued nutrition education and for personal accountability
