Individualized Physical Activity Education/Support
One-on-one consultation with Ball State University Exercise Science students
1. Detailed review of past history and current physical activity/exercise habits and assessment of factors such as likes/dislikes, barriers, and individual’s perceptions of what types of physical activity/exercise/fitness positively effect health options
2. Provide education related to both general physical activity/exercise recommendations that positively effect health and individualized exercise (aerobic, strength, flexibility and neuromuscular) related to specific goals with discussion of options available in the community
3. Support in establishing goals for healthy physical activity/exercise habits and ongoing support of these goals with continued education and for personal accountability
